Goodness

I wrote this song about gratitude and how often the simple things are overlooked.

We have enough chaos in our lives between personal issues, career & job grievances, and obviously politics (or orange gremlins) that effect our livelihood.

I’m certainly not downplaying the magnitude & importance all those pieces play in our lives but I am saying take a step back from ALL of it whenever you can.

It’s so much shit going on between social media and real life that a deep breath can go a long way in these times.

Learning to be still and present in the moment is something I hope to do so much more of this year and beyond. We move so quickly, we process so quickly, we see a million images, ads, and propaganda, but I’m craving stillness and peace.
